• All sales are final. I do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If that happens, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

• Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. I’m not responsible for delays once the order is with the carrier.

• Product photos are representative. Due to monitor differences and handmade elements, colours and details may vary slightly.
