Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 3-9 business days

• United States: 3-6 business days

• International: 8-15 business days

Please note that customs processing may delay delivery for U.S. and international orders.

Tracking
All orders ship with tracking via Chit Chats. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package ships. If you haven’t received one, feel free to contact us.

Orders are shipped in recyclable, rigid mailers to keep everything safe and flat during transit.
