Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 days.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 3-9 business days

• U.S.: 3-6 business days

• International: 8-15 business days

Please be aware that customs may cause delays for U.S. and international orders.

Tracking
We provide tracking on all of our orders via Chit Chats. Please let us know if you do not receive a tracking number.

Packaging
Our orders are mailed in a recyclable, rigid mailer to keep them safe and flat.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or gets lost in the mail, please contact us and we’ll be happy to offer a refund or replacement.
